How does Ananta Altitude differ from a conventional broker?
We are mandate-led, not inventory-led. Every engagement begins with a signed brief, then an 11-dimension micro-market survey, then a maximum of three curated options — never a property dump. The conversation starts with your business, not with available listings.

What does a mandate cost?
Our advisory fee is structured per assignment and aligned to industry practice for commercial leasing in India. Fee structure is discussed transparently during the first call once the scope and scale of the requirement are clear — there are no hidden charges and no transaction surprises.

Do you charge the landlord or the tenant?
We work primarily for the occupier — the business taking the space — so our incentives align with finding the right fit, negotiating the right terms and protecting your interests through to handover.

How long does the leasing process usually take?
From a clear mandate to signed lease, most assignments close in 6–12 weeks depending on size, sector and asset class. Built-to-suit and large independent buildings take longer; ready-to-move Grade A offices can close faster. We share a realistic timeline at mandate stage.

What is the 11-dimension market survey?
It is the research framework behind every shortlist — compliance, access, demographics, footfall, trade-mix, rental benchmarks, infrastructure, power, future supply, tenant profile and landlord quality. Each dimension is verified before a property is recommended, so issues that conventional brokers surface late are flagged early.

What happens if I find a property myself during the mandate?
All engagements are formalized through a written mandate that protects both sides. Properties introduced through Ananta Altitude during the mandate term are covered by the agreement. The terms are simple, fair and explained clearly at the start.

Which micro-markets do you cover?
Across Delhi NCR — Cyber City, DLF Phases, Aerocity, Noida Expressway, Gurgaon SBD, Sohna Road, NH-48, Manesar, Bhiwadi and Greater Noida — for office, retail and warehouse asset classes.

IT and ITES companies, retail and F&B brands, MSMEs, startups, legal and BFSI firms, manufacturers and import-export businesses. Assignment sizes range from compact 2,000 sq. ft. offices to 25,000+ sq. ft. independent buildings.

Do you handle fit-out, registration or post-possession work?
Our scope runs from requirement brief through to lease execution and handover. We coordinate with your legal counsel and project teams for registration and fit-out — and can recommend trusted partners where useful.
